Louisiana is run by republicans so of course they want to throw you in jail for being homeless. How come in America you can be penalised for being broke? It makes no sense until I read further and realised they get governments grants for throwing you in jail and rent you out to labour for others, probably to their rich friends for free. What a world we live in!!!! I guess America was considered great back in the days of penury and destitution which is why little dick is making it happen again.
